The conditions below apply to all products that are sold online and offline, when applied to a Pro account for resale. These Terms of Sale are subject to change without notice and will be valid until the publication of new conditions.

I. Wholesale Account

Creating a Wholesaler account, will always be subject to approval by The Hats Factorys, which may request documentation proving the previously given data in the Wholesale form.

II. Features and Prices

Due to the constant changing market, all the features of our products are likely to be changed without notice. All products on our website, after you have logged in with a Wholesale Account, show prices that do not include VAT.

II.I Quantity Discounts

The Hats Factory offers a 2% discount for all orders over 5000 € (Valid for EU Countries).

III. Orders

Orders should be made through our website www.thehatshactory.com and can also be made by email. Due to the different payment methods, we recommend you to indicate the payment method in accordance with our conditions. It is also essential to indicate the place of delivery desired.

III.I 1st Order

For Wholesale Accounts, only orders greater than or equal to the value of € 250 or 18 or more items will be accepted. The following orders will not have a minimum value or a minimum quantity.

III.II Delivery Time

Shipping in 24 hours, except in case of stock break. Then the customer will be informed of the delivery time before making any payment.

III. III Items on order

If you are looking for an item, size or color in particular, which is not available on our website, we can also manufacture it to order. To do so, please inform us of the model and amounts to be budgeted by sending your request budget to [email protected] .

For Wholesale accounts, we accept the following forms of payment: Bank Transfer in advance;

The order of payment must be made until 24 hours before sending it.

V. Shipping and Transport

The professionals should check the Shipping Pricing table for different countries, before placing their order.

VI. Returns

Sales made under these sales conditions for professionals are considered consolidated sales. The return conditions are only applied to products that are delivered to the Wholesaler and that: i. are not in perfect condition; ii. have not been ordered by the Wholesaler.

VII. Claims

For products not in perfect condition, we accept complaints that are carried out within 3 business days after the shipment arrives at the delivery location. Complaints concerning quantity, quality or specifications can only be considered when there is an error on our website and must be submitted during the 15 days within the invoice date. Any claim or return is only accepted with a copy of the invoice.
